Let's have CHURCH!

Image
After all it is Sunday!  A few of my memory verses have really spoken to my heart.  I have followed Beth Moore's Living Proof ministry while working on the memory verses.  She is one on fire woman of God.  Her and Kay Arthur. So- let's go digging into the Word of God and see where this ends up at.  January 1st: Proverbs 13:12 Hope deferred makes the heart sick but when the desire comes, it is a tree of life.             So what are the things you have hoped for but you have put off  and it's made your heart sick?           What are the things that you have really wanted to do but have been stopped by fear and           stopped by something that has taken that hope?          For me, this was when we started thinking about our new journey in December.  It was a tim...

At least for the time being.  We are awaiting something HUGE, something that will allow us to change our views and travel better.  We are sitting at an Escapees Park in Livingston TX and await.  This is where our mail comes now, this is our new home address.  The park is filled with likeminded people who have chosen this lifestyle and chosen to give up their "Stick and Brick" houses.  The array of living spaces is amazing!  To each their own and living the way they are comfortable. Some are older, some are younger, some are still working, some work camp, some just enjoy the retirement scene, some volunteer for Habitat for Humanity or other organizations.  There is a lot out there for those that choose this lifestyle.  We are thrilled to be back.  We are sincerely hoping to have our business taken care of by next week so we can head off to Georgia for a month.  We have a prophecy conference to attend at the end of April.  ...

Incredible day

It started by meeting Mr. Hudson, our neighbor who lives/lived behind us.  We gave him a box back that got cleaned out of his house he is selling.  He was happy to get it back.  We prayed together, anointed him with oil and shed some tears.  Mr. Hudson is about 94 now, moved into an assisted living place and still drives.  My greatest memory of Mr. Hudson, I have a few, but the greatest memory is of him holding onto his flag pole and praying over the nation and for others.  You could hear him weeping and wailing.  It was so precious!   The other memory I have is of his asking my daycare kids questions when we would walk by, they loved him too.  We prayed for several others, okay, Steve did.  Steve is pretty good at this, I tend to not be as much. Missionaries, what, who, why, when, and how does that work?

Image
Missions and Missionaries     Why do we call ourselves missionaries on a mission field?  Well, because we are all called to go out and spread the Gospel, to share our heart, to reach the lost and unlost, to bring fellowship to those that have left the traditional ways of worship and help bring them into fellowship with HIM.  For us, being called to the No Walls Ministry isn't something we take lightly, it is something we have learned to live.  We have always tried to be Christ in Action Meeting People where they're at in order for people to see us as that walking Word of God.  When we decided we were to go on the road, it was amazing to us how many Christ followers are out here, but it's even more surprising how many are not attending services because it's tough to go into a church the first time and only time.  For us, it's tough to know the Pastor, what is his heart- really his heart for Jesus.  His heart and walk for Jesus deter...

The computer decided it didn't like the printer a little over a month ago, we thought it was the printer, so we got a new one.  Wrong, it's the spooler in the computer that doesn't like the printers and so we are working on it.  In the meantime, we had to make an emergency trip to Austin from Boerne (Ber-ne) TX.  We got lost along the way and had to ask for directions.  Steve is so much better at asking than I am.  On our way home we were really lost.  "HOME", back to the campground.  We are at Guadalupe River State Park.  It's quite a ways out here in the boondocks.  But this area is so pretty.  We were not missing anything by not going to Palo Duro Canyon.  There are canyons all through this area.  So, we made it to Austin and then we went to Camping World and looked at this motorhome.  We got some great news we needed but walked away without this. http://www.campingworld.com/rvsales/class-a-diesel-motorhomes/20...
