Shekinah Glory falls down

Image
What in the world is Shekinah Glory?  It is the Holy Spirit that comes and knocks on the door of your heart and falls all over everyone, sometimes He quiets your mind so much so that God speaks to you, sometimes it feels like a warm heavy blanket that covers you with peace that passes all understanding!  Sometimes it is your mouth that exalts the Name of Jesus.  It sometimes comes in as a bubble, cloud, peace, or a worship of Jesus.  Take a peek at what happened in Sayerville NJ last Friday!  http://bayoftheholyspiritrevival.com/media_archive_sub.php?id=73 Lydia now has a worship CD out and she truly worships the Lord!  She brings in the Holy Spirit with all the love and all the glory she has!  Here's New Life Church from Co. Springs.  This was written after some major things happened in their church, the Pastor scandel, and a shooting on a Sunday morning, this song is OVERCOME, it is powerful!  Think about the things you have had t...

The winds of change...

Image
We can feel the winds of change coming.  It is already "spring" here in the Panhandle of Florida.  In fact, we already got the first sunburn of the season for us!  Whew, glad that is out of the way! Seriously, a few church positions have opened up and though I wrote that I wasn't sure I wanted to be back in a stick and brick, my soul has so missed it.  I miss the kids, the parents, the crazy starts of the early Sunday Morning.  I miss the praying over my "kids" and their families and the volunteers.  I miss so much of it.  I miss seeing my husband help change young lives for Christ.  Teaching them God's truth. You may be thinking, yeah, it's the paycheck she misses.  Truthfully, I had done this type of job as a volunteer for many years.  Paychecks usually are my least concern, God supplies just enough to make it and though I know many preach prosperity, we are prosperous.  We are rich in the kingdom!  We have Jesus and we k...

This is the day!

Picture of a child whose life is being transformed by faith in God through Jesus Christ our Lord. How can we lead our children in faith?  We can help our children to rightly understand the truth of God.  We can show them how superior Jesus Christ is to the fictional heroes presented to them by the modern media.  This world has never lacked fictional heroes.  Most of the gods of ancient religions are heroes built almost entirely on imagination.  Stories that may have been originally inspired by a famous battle or great deed grew larger and more fanciful with every telling.  Sagas and legends grew and grew, until the men or women were made into gods. Such fictional and mythical gods are still among us in the comic book heroes and TV cartoons or recent generations.  People love stories of great courage and mighty feats.  We all love a good story, and children are no exception.  In fact, children need great stories and heroes to help them form h...

Better is one day in His Courts than a thousand elsewhere...

After watching the news, listening to some of our fav. pastors whom we trust, time is short.  I know, I sound like a resounding gong.  But this is serious business.  You knowing Jesus is serious business!  Your relationship with Jesus is so important.    If you don't know him, pray this simple prayer: Father, I believe that Jesus died on the cross for my sins.  I believe that He rose from the dead so I can live with Him forever.  I ask you to forgive me of my sins, Lord, Help me to forgive myself for what I hold inside that is against others.  I ask that you come into my heart and be the Lord (boss) of my life.  I confess with my mouth that I am born again.  Thank you for saving me.  In Jesus Name, Amen. One of the benefits with having a relationship with Jesus, is he has sent a comforter, the Holy Spirit.  Here's the prayer for the Holy Spirit to come in and set you on fire for the Word and for your new life!...

Just what you have been waiting for...

Wisdom borrowed from http://www.twopaths.com/    In the Biblical sense, wisdom is the "ability to judge correctly and to follow the best course of action, based on knowledge and understanding" (Lockyer p. 1103). The Wisdom teachings of the Bible follow from the two great themes of the Ten Commandments (Appendix 1) and the Greatest Commandments of Jesus (Appendix 2): reverence to God, our Creator, and respect for all persons, everywhere. Biblical-era life for the Jews and early Christians was harsh (Ward, pp. 37-118). Slavery was commonplace. Tyrannical rule by outside powers was the norm. Women's status in society was distinctly second class. Children were disciplined with beatings. These conditions were often accepted in the Bible as customary for society during those times, but they were not taught as being virtuous or wise. True wisdom is always consistent with the two great wisdom themes of the Bible: reverence to God, our Creator, and respect for all persons, ...

My heart is on this passionate journey...

Image
This passionate journey of my faith in Christ and for others to know this passion.  The Holy Spirit has place on my heart the word Wisdom.  I did a word search in the Bible and it comes up 215 times, that was just one site I visited!  Seems that wisdom is important. Psalms 2 starts it!  Take a read and see what you find! Here's some more... Psalm 51:6 Behold, You desire truth in the inward parts, And in the hidden part You will make me to know wisdom   Here is an incredible video, enjoy! This is Lydia Stanley, she is young, vibrant, on fire for Christ and Holy Ghost filled.  When you attend revival, worship is about an hour long and it is filled with the Holy Spirit because He is welcomed in and given first place.  He is given first place in worshippers as well.                            ...

Oh what sites we see...

Oh the sights we see!  Aren't those outfits just wonderful?  Janette has 5 layers on and Steve has 4!  During the winters, the wind and the rain have been brutal and almost tortuous, at least we think so.  We start out at 7:15 and complete the cleaning around 12:15.  I so wanted to post the beautiful bathrooms we find in this journey, however, we didn't want to enjoy the sight so much.  Some mornings are the grossest you ever want to see and sometimes we are really blessed to see rigs like this!   This rig is carrying a smart car and a dune buggy and towing the Grand Junction.  What a sight to come upon!  We have seen the other day, 2 Semi-trucks with huge RV sleepers on them!  Oh wonderful to be able to do your job and carry your house with you!  Umm, that's what work campers do as well!  Pretty kewl!    Pensacola beach, we were driving along the beach road and we had taken the road before, but admittedly i...

update from yesterday!

"I have a dream of having a church, not like any other church, it won't have traditional stuff, it won't have parents and children split- they will be family taught.  It won't be just about singing but really worshipping Jesus and singing in our spirits to Him.  Healing will take place and praying for each other will be the norm, it will be a huge place that reaches the unreached and the unlovely.  It will be a place that is completely similar to the Acts church and Thessalonian church.  The teachings will be God's word and questions answered.  Bible studies will be offered for more than just an hour or two.  It will be a time to learn and to honor Jesus." I have been pondering this even more... One of my strengths is as a Pioneer. I walk way ahead of many to find the gems and jewels in the land.  I look at the history from where we have been and what to look for in the trail ahead.  I plan way ahead but submit to God and listen for His ever-i...

From Sum to nun... Happy Valentines Day

Image
What a week or so!  It's been incredible and we had sum but now we have still sum but nun of the sum to do with what our heart desires.  Speaking of heart's desires... What have you always dreamt of doing but have never done?  Do you think it's too late to do what you have always wanted to do?  Did you know God puts things in our hearts and hopes that we will reach for them, some times they are really easy to reach but some times they take a bit of faith, work, love, hope, joy, and strength to endure until the promise is fulfilled? God puts on our heart when we are a child a dream, "I want to be a doctor" but through life, this dream was placed on a shelf.  Maybe along this child's journey, things were said or things were done in this life that this dream was gone- it wasn't poof gone but it was put off and put into a blessing box.  That blessing box is God's box of all the things he has given you, either while you prayed, thought, dreamt of, o...

Warning: Self discovery in progress, hold on, hang on and go for God! We have basically locked ourselves up to hear the voice of God, the Holy Spirit to learn the things that are not of God and break the things and the generational curses that have taken our sight of walking with God fully. We haven't talked on the phone much to anyone, we haven't gone really anywhere except we have gone to the Revival, this has been incredible as we have learned how to pray off the yuck and become cleaner before the Almighty God, the Holy Spirit has spoken in us along with being healed.   Remember when Adam and Eve were in the garden?  When the snake tempted Eve and Adam with the apple.  Everyone blamed Eve, but Adam is the seed that carries forth through all generations, so the blame should have been on Adam for breaking the covenant with God and then hiding because they were naked.  They didn't know they were naked before the eaten apple, but after. We sta...
