Just gotta share it!

The last blog I wrote about the Revival. It is Mobile AL and it is the 2nd revival breakout with Pastor John Kilpatrick.

Here is a link to his church.  It may or may not be your cup of tea, but it is good.  Just let the spirit of God flow through you.

I am still so blown away by the presence of the Lord.

I have to say something that has really been on my heart.  If you don't know me, this may seem really strange to you, but if you do know me, than you know my heart.

When I became a Christ follower, I was nuts and so on fire for a real relationship with Jesus.  I told any and everyone that I came into contact with.  Then over time, I let go of junk that consumed my life- being angry, holding grudges, etc and let it all go.  It wasn't worth the energy and I couldn't fully fall in love with Jesus with all that gunk on me.  I have been in love with Jesus for the past 26 years! Steve has been in love with Jesus since he was 16 yo!

We have laid our life totally down to follow him for the past 7 years.  We sold everything to go where He desires us.  We don't drift, we do work and we work for Him, he opens doors for us. Every place He has sent us so far, we have learned wonderful things and met incredible people, some who really seek His Kingdom and some that are still searching for Him.

We, Steve and I have been studying the last days revelations for the past few years and with all the stuff that is happening right now, time is short.  If you don't know Jesus, you need to know him and make him Lord of your life.  If you choose not to, the end times are something like a living hell and if you make it through and still don't accept Jesus as Lord and Savior, you are destined and it won't be heaven bound.

The Bible says in
John 3
The New Birth

1 There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. 2 This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.”
3 Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
4 Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?”
5 Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ 8 The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”
9 Nicodemus answered and said to Him, “How can these things be?”
10 Jesus answered and said to him, “Are you the teacher of Israel, and do not know these things?

11 Most assuredly, I say to you, We speak what We know and testify what We have seen, and you do not receive Our witness. 12 If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things? 13 No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in heaven.[a] 14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, 15 that whoever believes in Him should not perish but[b] have eternal life. 16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
18 “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. 21 But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.”

“You, Lord, are forgiving and good, abounding in love to all who call to you.” - Psalm 86:5

So, how do you ask Jesus into your heart?

Here is some help...

Question: "What is the plan of salvation / way of salvation?"

Answer:
Are you hungry? Not physically hungry, but do you have a hunger for something more in life? Is there something deep inside of you that never seems to be satisfied? If so, Jesus is the way! Jesus said, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty” (
John 6:35).

Are you confused? Can you never seem to find a path or purpose in life? Does it seem like someone has turned out the lights and you cannot find the switch? If so, Jesus is the way! Jesus proclaimed, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life” (
John 8:12).

Do you ever feel like you are locked out of life? Have you tried so many doors, only to find that what is behind them is empty and meaningless? Are you looking for an entrance into a fulfilling life? If so, Jesus is the way! Jesus declared, “I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. He will come in and go out, and find pasture” (
John 10:9).

Do other people always let you down? Have your relationships been shallow and empty? Does it seem like everyone is trying to take advantage of you? If so, Jesus is the way! Jesus said, “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me” (
John 10:11, 14).

Do you wonder what happens after this life? Are you tired of living your life for things that only rot or rust? Do you sometimes doubt whether life has any meaning? Do you want to live after you die? If so, Jesus is the way! Jesus declared, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die” (
John 11:25-26).

What is the way? What is the truth? What is the life? Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (
John 14:6).

The hunger that you feel is a spiritual hunger, and can only be filled by Jesus. Jesus is the only one who can lift the darkness. Jesus is the door to a satisfying life. Jesus is the friend and shepherd that you have been looking for. Jesus is the life—in this world and the next. Jesus is the way of salvation!

The reason you feel hungry, the reason you seem to be lost in darkness, the reason you cannot find meaning in life, is that you are separated from God. The Bible tells us that we have all sinned, and are therefore separated from God (
Ecclesiastes 7:20; Romans 3:23). The void you feel in your heart is God missing from your life. We were created to have a relationship with God. Because of our sin, we are separated from that relationship. Even worse, our sin will cause us to be separated from God for all of eternity, in this life and the next (Romans 6:23; John 3:36).

How can this problem be solved? Jesus is the way! Jesus took our sin upon Himself (
2 Corinthians 5:21). Jesus died in our place (Romans 5:8), taking the punishment that we deserve. Three days later, Jesus rose from the dead, proving His victory over sin and death (Romans 6:4-5). Why did He do it? Jesus answered that question Himself: “Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends” (John 15:13). Jesus died so that we could live. If we place our faith in Jesus, trusting His death as the payment for our sins, all of our sins are forgiven and washed away. We will then have our spiritual hunger satisfied. The lights will be turned on. We will have access to a fulfilling life. We will know our true best friend and good shepherd. We will know that we will have life after we die—a resurrected life in heaven for eternity with Jesus!“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16).

We need the worship like David did.  Here is just a little of David.

2 Samuel 22

Praise for God’s Deliverance
 1 Then David spoke to the LORD the words of this song, on the day when the LORD had delivered him from the hand of all his enemies, and from the hand of Saul. 2 And he said:[a]

      “The LORD is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer;

 3 The God of my strength, in whom I will trust;
      My shield and the horn of my salvation,
      My stronghold and my refuge;
      My Savior, You save me from violence.

 4 I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised;
      So shall I be saved from my enemies.

 5 “When the waves of death surrounded me,
      The floods of ungodliness made me afraid.

 6 The sorrows of Sheol surrounded me;
      The snares of death confronted me.

 7 In my distress I called upon the LORD,
      And cried out to my God;
      He heard my voice from His temple,
      And my cry entered His ears.

 8 “Then the earth shook and trembled;
      The foundations of heaven[b] quaked and were shaken,
      Because He was angry.

 9 Smoke went up from His nostrils,
      And devouring fire from His mouth;
      Coals were kindled by it.

 10 He bowed the heavens also, and came down
      With darkness under His feet.

 11 He rode upon a cherub, and flew;
      And He was seen[c] upon the wings of the wind.

 12 He made darkness canopies around Him,
      Dark waters and thick clouds of the skies.

 13 From the brightness before Him
      Coals of fire were kindled.

 14 “The LORD thundered from heaven,
      And the Most High uttered His voice.

There is so much more to this, just look it up.

If you don't have a Bible, get one.  Walmart has them, the Dollar Tree and the Dollar Store carries them inexpensive in price but priceless in life.
