Have you ever been so angry at the devil for taking something so precious away?   As I am writing this, I was attacked by the enemy of Jesus.  I felt pain in my chest down to my waist, it was tight and I thought I would pass out.  My husband began to pray and it ceased.  See, the enemy comes to kill, steal, and/or destroy.

Last week a child, he was just 15, was taken by the Spirit of Death who lied to him.  He believed him and he is gone.  The devil uses whatever he can to take away life, and believes that he will "rescue" you.  But he doesn't rescue, he steals from the person he lied to and the entire family. 

The devil comes to kill, steal and destroy.  If he can do one of those things, he will not leave you alone until he gets all of them. 

When we enter in a life with Jesus, no one said it was going to be easy, NO ONE EVER should tell you that living in obedience will be easy.  When you enter into a life with Jesus, you enter into a realm of a Spiritual life with him.  This means that you WILL, if you are walking with him, will become a pawn in the devils world, because he wants you back and he will attack in every single way he can.  Just a few of them are bitterness, self bitterness, self hatred, jealousy, fear, rejection, even the occult, making vows, even the death spirit.  All these Jesus overcame and if he can do it for me, HE CAN do it for you!   Yet, Jesus has the victory and we can overcome because of the blood of the lamb!  If any of these come against you, ask Jesus for help and then tell the devil to get out, that you are blood bought and that by HIS blood and His stripes you are safe and secure.  On a personal note, I battle some of these and every time I pray the blood of Jesus, they flee.  How do they return, by a crack in the armor of God that we let happen.  It can be the smallest crack too. 


So, how can we keep our armor from being cracked?  We have to keep our eyes upon Jesus.  We have to know what we listen to in music and on the t.v. that each thing can strengthen one of two ways.  It can strengthen our faith walk or it can strengthen the devils walk on us.  How many times do you think what you allow your child to watch is not going to affect them, oh, but it does.  It allows the enemy to come in.  "We want our children to have a "world" view", oh they can, but when you allow the sorcery, the magic, the occult to come in, you have allowed the enemy to come in and be welcomed into you house. 






Now if you really read this, you have to really step up your game and walk in obedience.  Serving Jesus on the surface is easy, serving him in depth is difficult and will prove itself more and more.  But when you really serve him, the blessings will begin to flow and life will show you that He is with you in everything. 

Sometimes the pain of whatever it is can become so great, so focused that you can not see the Lord through the pain.  Find someone to listen to you.  Find someone to pray for you, someone that will fight for you and help you fight for yourself.

You are worth more alive than on the other side of this life.

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.

The Women Worship the Risen Lord

⁹ And as they went to tell His disciples,^[b] behold, Jesus met them, saying, “Rejoice!” So they came and held Him by the feet and worshiped Him. ¹⁰ Then Jesus said to them, “Do not be afraid. Go and tell My brethren to go to Galilee, and there they will see Me.”

The Soldiers Are Bribed

¹¹ Now while they were going, behold, some of the guard came into the city and reported to the chief priests all the things that had happened. ¹² When they had assembled with the elders and consulted together, they gave a large sum of money to the soldiers, ¹³ saying, “Tell them, ‘His disciples came at night and stole Him away while we slept.’ ¹⁴ And if this comes to the governor’s ears, we will appease him and make you secure.” ¹⁵ So they took the money and did as they were instructed; and this saying is commonly reported among the Jews until this day.

The Great Commission
