 The Shoreline is a safe place for us to stand when the tide rolls in and out, however, at times we may be hit with a huge wave or even a small one as we are mesmerized by the power of the water, the ocean roaring.  The crashing of the waves, the voice of the Lord calling deep within us as we sit and watch or walk along the shore.  Nestled safely under the sand are shells, homes that lost their inhabitants that were violently thrust upon the silky sand.  Homes that were safely under the ocean at the bottom of the abyss.  In Psalms 42:7 the Word tells us Deep calls to deep at the [thundering] sound of Your waterfalls; All Your breakers and Your waves have rolled over me. "When it gets down to goodness and what He's done for me, when it gets down to goodness and how He set me free, I will dance, dance, dance all night, all night!" This is a song that we would sing every Sunday night at Calvary now Victory Church in Great Falls.  It was and still is one that I sing.  His goodness, some may know it and feel it and some may be going through something so bad you can't imagine God's goodness.  Even if you are in the dark, His goodness is there.  His love is there, his hope for you is there.  When it's going really well, sometimes we believe it's because of us and when we become thinkers like this, we blow ourselves up and forget to see God's glory in it.  Look around you right now, what do you see?  Children?  Blessings anywhere?  Having a great time or a hard time?  Let's pray before we continue on this journey today.   Lord Jesus, we come to you and ask that you are first place in our ...

Welcome and welcome back!  We have covered the book of James and yesterday we talked some about prayer.  After watching War Room it awoke my spirit of prayer warrior, one whom has been silent as of late.  She went to sleep and had not really found her niche yet until ... and then my prayer warrior woke up! Let me share with you a bit about me, maybe you knew or didn't know.  Almost 31 years ago, I found out I was pregnant and I was single with 2 babies already, they were 1 and 2.  The one year old was multi-handicapped and had lots of medical problems.  The two year old, oh man, a whole nother deal.  He was smart, walked at 7 or 8 months, 4 teeth by 6 months old and eating table foods by 8 months old.  I found out I was pregnant with my 2nd one when the first one was 4 months old.  I was hospitalized at 5 months pregnant almost losing the baby.  By the 3rd pregnancy, my marriage ended and I found out I was pregnant.  I cho...
